1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of ONYX CONTENT FZE (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Services

ONYX CONTENT FZE provides influencer management, brand partnerships, digital advertising, campaign execution, talent representation, and related media services. Service scope may be defined further in separate agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with us, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

4. Contracts & Campaign Agreements

All campaign deliverables, payment terms, and performance requirements will be defined in separate written agreements. In the event of conflict, the signed agreement shall prevail.

5. Fees & Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts or invoices. Late payments may incur administrative fees where legally permissible.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, strategies, campaign materials, and proprietary systems developed by ONYX CONTENT FZE remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Influencer Content & Compliance

Influencers and partners must comply with UAE media regulations, advertising standards, and platform policies. ONYX CONTENT FZE is not responsible for unauthorised or unlawful content published independently.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business information, campaign strategy, financial terms, and trade secrets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ONYX CONTENT FZE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONYX CONTENT FZE from any claims arising from breach of these Terms, regulatory violations, or misuse of services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or agreements for breach of contract, misconduct, regulatory risk, or reputational harm.

12. Force Majeure

ONYX CONTENT FZE shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including government action, platform suspensions, or natural events.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts, unless otherwise specified in contract.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
